,I have been deeply connected to the cycles of nature for as long as I can remember (Virgo Rising) and have been a seeker of truth and fascinated with all things mystical my entire life (Sagittarius Moon).  Discovering and learning Astrology has been a game-changer for me!  I have found it to be the profound language of the universe that expresses uniquely through each of us (Aquarius Sun).  Gaining this knowledge has made space for self and collective compassion and created a deep sense of soul connection to the human experience and the vast multiverse.  

I am a Certified Astrologer and mentor of Debra Silverman Astrology . Debra's system integrates astrology with a psychological-spiritual philosophy.  My readings have a practical, esoteric (soul-centered) approach that assists others into gaining clarity of their highest potential, using the natal birth chart as a road map into the soul.  One of my gifts is having an innate way of holding space for others, creating a safe and loving container to uncover and illuminate what makes you the unique individual you are. It is my passion and absolute honor to guide you along your journey of self-realization and transformation, utilizing the wisdom of the stars. From this place of authenticity and connection to self, there allows for greater access to embodying your soul's purpose. 

Yoga is another huge part of my life.  I received my 200-HR Hatha Yoga Certification through Meggan Emily's teacher training apprenticeship in 2015.  I have an intuitive understanding of the ancient wisdom offered through the scientific system of yoga.  My deep love of Astrology is woven into the fabric of each class I teach.  I am dedicated to teaching yoga from the heart while bringing a soulful connection to mind, body, and spirit.  My passion is creating sacred space for students to (re)connect with themselves in an authentic way.  Forever a student myself, I am eternally grateful for the wisdom and guidance that has been, and continues to be, offered by my teachers and the world around me. 

I  received my Reiki Master Teacher Certification in 2021 and I became a Be Free Breathwork (TM) Facilitator in 2023.. Both of these modalities have been such powerful healing modalities for myself on my own journey deep within. Breathwork has been a catalyst for my personal growth and evolution. I am honored to guide others on their path of healing, utilizing these divine, ancient practices. Astrology truly is the thread that weaves all of my offerings together.

Residing in the beautiful foothills of northern Colorado, I love the outdoors and spend as much time soaking in the sunshine as possible. Music and dance have and will always be huge influential forms of creative expression for me and have molded my spiritual path.  I live with my husband Blake, our son Grey and our soulful husky fur baby, Raven. We focus our energy on experiencing all Colorado has to offer and growing spiritually through spontaneous adventure and a willingness to do the unexpected.
